Piedmont Dragway stands right at the top as one of
the sport's best operated facilities. |

This
year Piedmont, a spanking clean 1/8 mile
all-concrete IHRA dragway, celebrates its 50th
year of continuous operation. Located in central
North Carolina between Greensboro and Burlington,
Piedmont Dragway has been providing the drag
racing fan and driver with a stable operation for
over four decades.
The track was originally built in 1957 by Bobby
Starr. |
